Our company

Our organization, founded in 2010, is a training organization accredited by the German Civil Aviation Authority (LBA) with approval number DE.ATO.129, specializing in the training of theoretical knowledge. We are also approved as a distance learning institution by the Central Office for Distance Learning (ZfU) in Cologne. We publish the teaching materials used, and we develop, maintain and distribute them through our own specialist publishing house. Distance learning courses used in flight training require a face-to-face seminar or brush-up to complete. Our training institution conducts the required classroom teaching ourselves. As we are responsible for both components of the training, the classroom lessons are perfectly matched to the distance learning course, and a 100% first-time pass rate, which we achieve in many months, is testament to our training concept. Our distance learning courses are compact and, wherever possible, try to illustrate complex relationships graphically.

Many of our instructors have been with us for decades and have extensive experience in commercial aviation and adult education. In addition, many of our instructors are EASA experts and develop examination questions for the ECQB on behalf of EASA. Our Head of Training, Andre Haufe, regularly advocates for the interests of the industry and for increased flight safety at EASA. Among other things, by participating in the Editor in Chief Meetings, Mr Haufe tries to adapt EASA’s learning objectives to the real requirements of aviation companies.
